The short-tempered Rough House is the brawling owner and proprietor of the Rough House Cafe, a popular eating establishment with Popeye and his friends and especially with J. Wellington Wimpy. Although Rough House can never seem to get the best of the perennially mooching Wimpy, he'll always keep trying. Rough House has 20 points of articulation and includes chef's hat and apron, alternate hands, cleaver, spatula, heaping bowl of spinach and a Rough House Cafe menu!
